The maximum user weight for most Trainor Sports trampolines is 220 lbs (100 kg) and 100 lbs (45.36 kg) for the Trainor Sports 55" My First Trampoline. Please consult your manual for details.
For safety reasons, no more than one person at a time should be on the trampoline.
Trampolines are not designed to be moved. If you need to move your trampoline for any reason, please see the appropriate manual for instructions regarding properly moving your trampoline.
Trampolines with a mat over 20" (51 cm) high from the ground are not recommended for use by children under six years of age. Currently only the Trainor Sports 55" My First Trampoline is smaller and is suitable for children aged three to six years.
You should always properly disassemble and store your trampoline and enclosure during the winter or periods of extreme heat and high winds to reduce the risk of damage to any part of your trampoline. Your trampoline should only be used when the mat is clean and dry. Please see the appropriate manual for instructions regarding proper dissassembly of your trampoline.
The enclosure is in place to help prevent accidental falls from the trampoline and should not be bounced into intentionally. Doing so may weaken or damage the enclosure and could result in serious injury or death.
Trainor Sports trampolines are only sold and shipped within Canada. Most trampolines sold through this website include free curbside delivery. Delivery charges may apply to certain areas. You will be contacted before your order ships if delivery fees will apply. As shipping and curbside delivery costs are factored into our trampoline pricing, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on trampolines. However our commitment is to customer service, and if you are unhappy in any way with your Trainor Sports trampoline we will work with you to make it right.

Trainor Sports trampoline parts are specific to the individual models and are not compatible with other models or trampoline brands. Use of Trainor Sports trampoline parts with inappropriate model numbers or other brands of trampolines is not recommended. Only the appropriate Trainor Sports trampoline parts should be used with your Trainor Sports trampoline. Dyaco Canada Inc. and Dyaco International will not be held responsible for damages, injuries, death, or other issues that may arise from improper use of Trainor Sports trampolines or trampoline parts.
To ensure you receive the correct parts for your trampoline model, please have your model number ready and consult the parts list in your manual before ordering. Your model number can be found on the white stickers on your trampoline's frame.
