What is the weight restriction on Trainor Sports trampolines?

The maximum user weight for most Trainor Sports trampolines is 220 lbs (100 kg) . Please download our product manual for details.

How many users are allowed on the trampoline at one time?

For safety reasons, no more than one person at a time should be on the trampoline.

How do I move my trampoline?

Trampolines are not designed to be moved. If you need to move your trampoline for any reason, please see the download of the product-specific manual here for instructions regarding properly moving your trampoline.

Is there an age restriction on trampolines?

Trampolines with a mat over 20" (51 cm) high from the ground are not recommended for use by children under six years of age. 

What should I do with my trampoline and enclosure during inclimate weather?

You should always properly disassemble and store your trampoline and enclosure during the winter or periods of extreme heat and high winds to reduce the risk of damage to any part of your trampoline. Your trampoline should only be used when the mat is clean and dry. Please download the appropriate manual for instructions regarding the proper disassembly of your trampoline.

Is it safe to intentionally bounce into the enclosure?

The enclosure is in place to help prevent accidental falls from the trampoline and should not be bounced into intentionally. Doing so may weaken or damage the enclosure and could result in serious injury or death.


Where does Trainor Sports ship to and how much does it cost?

Trainor Sports trampolines are only sold and shipped within Canada. Trampolines sold through this website include free threshold delivery. However, delivery charges may apply to certain restricted areas. View a list of postal codes related to restricted shipping areas where additional fees may apply. You will be contacted before your order ships if delivery fees will apply. Does Trainor Sports accept returns?

As shipping and threshold delivery costs are factored into our trampoline pricing, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and still in their original packaging. Buyers will assume responsibility for return freight charges.

Are parts for Trainor Sports trampolines interchangable or compatible with other brands or trampolines?

Trainor Sports trampoline parts are specific to the individual models and are not compatible with other models or trampoline brands. Use of Trainor Sports trampoline parts with inappropriate model numbers or other brands of trampolines is not recommended. Only the appropriate Trainor Sports trampoline parts should be used with your Trainor Sports trampoline. Dyaco Canada Inc. and Dyaco International will not be held responsible for damages, injuries, death, or other issues that may arise from improper use of Trainor Sports trampolines or trampoline parts.
